This company is responsible for the processing of your personal data and declare that, as the Data Controller, they comply with legislation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

What Categories of personal data do we collect?

•               your Identity (your full name, previous names, evidence of change of name);

gender, date of birth and marital status);

•               evidence of your right to work which may include a photograph, nationality, place of birth, driving license, etc. (in accordance with legal requirements);

•               contact details including your email, home address and phone numbers so that we can contact you by email and text message;

•               bank account and social security details (so we can make payments to you and account for);

•               technical data including internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website. •               profile data including your username and password, your interests, preferences, feedback and customer survey responses;

Why do we collect and need to process your personal data?

VJP SERVICES need to collect and process your personal data to have a complete view of your current employment (in any form with) and/or education. In order to provide you with job search services, our recruitment consultants will send you new jobs offers that are relevant to your job search preferences. The processing of your personal data does not include profiling and you will not be subject to automated decisions by us either.​

For how long personal data be processed?

VJP SERVICES is a recruitment agency and the main goal of our company is to guide you throughout your career.

Therefore, VJP SERVICES will retain the personal data of candidates, temporary employees and external consultants for a minimum of 10 years after the last contact or consent given by the candidate. At the end of this period, VJP SERVICES will contact you to ask if you wish to be kept in the database for a longer period to be contacted again to guide you throughout your career. In all cases, your personal data will be retained in accordance with specific national legislation of protection of the data as well as any limitation periods that require us to retain your personal data for a longer period, for example to defend against legal action ...​

Who receives my personal data (transmission to third parties) ?

Some of the personal data that we process from you may be transmitted to third parties. It concerns the following data:

•               Payroll information is passed on to the VJP SERVICES social secretariat on the one hand for carrying out our payroll administration and on the other hand to the competent government authorities within the framework of our legal obligations

•               Passing on to VJP SERVICES providers for the granting of meal vouchers and/or eco vouchers.

•               Passing on to VJP SERVICES cloud providers for performance registration and management of your holiday requests and absences as a temporary or seconded employee.

•               Passing on to VJP SERVICES work accident insurer.

•               Passing on to the external services for prevention and protection (Belgium) if you work as a temporary worker and medical examination is required.

•               Passing on data to your health insurance fund so that your medical file is in order.

•               Passing on to the child benefit fund of VJP SERVICES

•               Onward transmission to Unified Post (Belgium) for the electronic signing of employment contracts of VJP SERVICES.

•               Passing on to bailiffs, credit or banking institutions, debt mediators, etc. in case of salary transfer, wage attachment, wage remittance, maintenance money.

•               Counselors if you are involved in legal proceedings.

Some third parties process personal data on behalf of our organization to perform a certain task. We conclude processing agreements with all these organizations, which act as processors, and make every effort to ensure that they adequately protect your personal data.

 

Your personal data will not be sold, rented, distributed or otherwise made commercially available to third parties, except as described above or with your prior consent.

 

When organizing events, we may pass on your personal data (such as surname and first name) to external parties who organize the events, purely for organizational reasons and in the context of safety.

 

Your personal file may also be passed on to the audit office for carrying out an audit in the context of obtaining/maintaining the quality label of the professional federation.

 

In rare cases, we may have to disclose your personal data in response to a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations.

 

Security and confidentiality

VJP SERVICES have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent and avoid the destruction, loss, falsification, alteration, accidentally lost, access by unauthorized persons or accidental notification to third parties of collected personal data as well as any other unauthorized processing of these data.

 

If, under the control of VJP SERVICES, your personal data is nevertheless compromised by an information security breach, VJP SERVICES will take immediate steps to identify the cause of the breach and act with appropriate corrective measures. If necessary, VJP SERVICES will also notify the data protection authority about this incident in accordance with the applicable legislation.

 

VJP SERVICES may change this privacy policy at any time. In case of future changes to our privacy policy, VJP SERVICES will make sure always aware of the personal data that is collected by us.
