Bedio has been created in Belgium early 2022. Founded by two partners, one who worked in the field of insurance as actuary and one in the field of the recruitment.
Focused on success for our clients and our candidates, we give all our energy to bringing together the perfect profile for the company looking for rare talent.
We have created a company based on strong values at every level. Making this foundation the DNA of this organization.

Claudio Da Silva
As a Managing Partner at Bedio Partners, I leverage my analytical and database skills, to provide innovative and strategic solutions for clients in various industries.
With over six years of experience in Management, Consulting, Risk Management, Business Development and Data Analysis, I have successfully led and supported multiple projects that delivered value and impact for my teams and clients.
Having always been an Entrepreneur at heart, I co-founded multiple companies that are still in place and for which I am Director or Partner.
With strong educational background, I have a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the Solvay Business School of Brussels and a background in Actuarial Sciences from the ULB.
I am passionate about applying my expertise and leadership skills to help organizations achieve their goals and overcome their challenges, and I have worked hard to make this the DNA of my companies.
